A therapist for 30 years, my basic training for 5 years was in Psycho-Organic Analysis.

I then followed other training courses such as Gestalt and Art Therapy for several years,

Jungian Dream Analysis and the Rességuier Method.

At the same time, I've always had an inner quest, following different paths that all have one thing in common: the opening up of the heart and consciousness.

My travels and stays abroad have broadened my mind and enabled me to receive and understand people from different cultures.

Psycho-Organic Analysis (P.O.A.)

Psycho-Organic Analysis falls into the category of humanistic and integrative therapies. It combines both a bodily and a verbal analytical approach.

APO is global, holistic in its approach to the individual, respectful of his or her beliefs and values.

It's a psychotherapeutic approach that puts us back in touch with our feelings, emotions, affects, sensations and everything we deeply are.
