Dr iur. Friedrich Cyrielle (Genève)

Cyrielle Friedrich graduated from the University of Geneva in 2008 with a Master's degree in criminal and civil law, plus options in contract law and medical law.

Upon successful completion of her Master's degree, she assisted Professor Bernhard Sträuli as an assistant in general criminal law and undertook a doctorate in the Department of Criminal Law at the University of Geneva, which culminated in the award of her doctorate in October 2013. Her doctoral thesis is entitled: "Science and technology as evidence in criminal proceedings".

In parallel with her doctorate and her position as assistant, she successfully completed the training provided by the University of Geneva's Ecole d'Avocature in June 2012.

Cyrielle Friedrich passed her bar exam with flying colors in June 2014, after completing her internship at the law firm of Jacques Barillon.

She then joined the same firm as a senior associate until December 2016.

Her areas of practice include legal representation in contentious matters before the criminal, civil and administrative courts, as well as advising and assisting individuals and corporate entities. She regularly appears before the cantonal and federal authorities in French-speaking Switzerland.
