Divorce Service offers you interviews at its offices in Geneva (Old Town), and will draw up the divorce or separation agreement and petition for you on a flat-rate basis (e.g. from 900.-- for a couple without children, including 1 interview and drafting of the agreement and petition to be filed with the Court).

Divorce Service is designed for those who wish to have their divorce or separation agreement drawn up by lawyers.

Divorce Service favors the search for amicable and equitable solutions. In the event of conflict or disagreement, it guides and assists you in drawing up a negotiated settlement, promoting better communication between the spouses.
