Vadim NEGRESCU is co-founder of DN Avocats in Geneva. He has extensive experience in business law, real estate and international arbitration.

Vadim NEGRESCU has regularly provided legal advice to numerous SMEs based in Switzerland and abroad. Vadim NEGRESCU also has solid experience in managing commercial law disputes, both in mediation processes and before the ordinary civil courts.

He is also active in various areas of litigation.

Vadim NEGRESCU also assists his clients in arbitration proceedings, mainly at international level (ICC arbitration rules and Swiss Rules of International Arbitration).

Prior to joining the firm, Vadim NEGRESCU set up and successfully managed several companies in Switzerland and abroad. In his former capacity, he participated in the development and management of various projects in the financial and real estate fields.
